<p>Just a nice little bit of news. USC ended up third in the Pac-10 among football programs, behind #1 Stanford (no surprise) and #2 Berkeley, in the NCAA’s APR measurement.</p>
<p>The NCAA Academic Progress Rate is a formula used by the NCAA to estimate how well schools are currently helping athletes move toward graduation. For example, being declared academically ineligible, dropping out of school, or transferring to another school can harm a school’s APR.</p>
