USC fraternity calls women "targets", not people

<p>but even if the girls go to these parties, does it make it right for the guys to do it to them? (whatever it may be.)</p>

<p>in many cases of rape/sexual assault, the fault is pinned on the girl. “she was asking for it…she shouldn’t have been wearing that…she shouldn’t have been alone…ETC”</p>

<p>it indicates that men are weak sexual beasts that when provoked, can’t control themselves.</p>
