What are my chances of getting in with a 3.4 GPA, 1280/1600 SAT, great ec’s , incubator program involvement and completing the interview ?
If you check the Freshman profile for USC and common data set from last year, you will see that your GPA is below the 25th percentile and only 9.6% of enrolled students were in your GPA range. Your SAT test scores are also below the 25th percentile. Although these are only stats, LOR’s, essays and EC’s will be taken into account and will have an impact on your chances. Based on your stats, USC is a Reach.

Unless you have a very compelling hook, pretty slim I’d say.
LMU and USD could happen though.
Cal State Long Beach and Fullerton are also good SoCal programs that are probably within your reach.
