<p>Elizabeth Garrett is the Provost at SC. She has been awarded a new honor. Garrett has been elected to the American Academy of Political and Social Sciences and will be inducted as a Harold Lasswell Fellow.</p>
<p>Before joining the faculty at SC Dr.Garrett was on the faculty at the Univ. of Chicago.</p>
