When browsing USC’s website, I came across a sports business program under the Marshall Business School. However, I couldn’t find whether it was available to undergrad students or grad students, and whether it’s offered as a major… can somebody enlighten me please?

@ ajaku3714-
from my knowledge they dont have a sports business concentration, but there is a club called the Sports Business Association, which is for undergrads and they help students find jobs/ interns in sports.
[USC Sports Business Association](http://www-scf.usc.edu/~sportsba/)
if you do some more research you might be able to find out some more info. thats what i’m looking into too

thanks tbibbs. you might be right but theres also a program called the sports business institute, which i think is more official; after all, the sports business association website technically isnt affiliated with usc. the link i was looking at is: [USC Marshall Sports Business Institute](<a href=“Home - USC Marshall”>Home - USC Marshall)

However that site doesnt really provide any specifics on the program and doesnt mention whos eligible to participate in it.

hey ajaku I’m looking to do something in the field of sports management or something related so I was wondering about that also but I did find this when I was looking around the USC website a couple weeks ago, [USC College Department of Kinesiology](http://college.usc.edu/kinesiology/undergrad/ba_human_perf.cfm) maybe that will help

thanks cdr777 i saw that also, but when i looked at the required courses it appeared to focus more on athletic training and the biological aspects of athletics… i was hoping for something more business-oriented. the sports business institute seems to fit that bill, but i cant tell who’s eligible to enroll in it.

sounds awesome, if i end up going to USC i would definitely look into this cuz i wanna be a sports lawyer

@ajaku3714–
you’re right, the SBI was the website i meant to send. my bad!

still no conclusive answer so im going to bump this

In the Marshall School of Business they have an “Entertainment” concentration that includes professional sports. You must first be admitted to Marshall and they apply to the concentration beginning in freshman year.

Hope this helps.

thanks californiapink, im not sure if thats the same thing but it might be
