USC Status Update

i applied to marshall, same you mentor5
my stats are average, hopefully my essay, letters of recommendations and community service help

i noticed that people who majority forwarded are undeclared, like for mashall, the marshall undergraduates admission still has to review us before decisions come out

So seems like the arrival of the letter has not been totally dependent on the state; one CA person has not received his.

The relationship between major/school and status was pretty clear until we have greymatters who has “forwarded” and applied for Chem E. We need more CLAS applicants to confirm this pattern.

guys, we have an irregularity! funnypunjabi is applying to marshall, but his status still says “reviewing my committee” Maybe it’s just slow.

I’m not sure whether I should worry or not; either chill or fret. Yesterday my status message was along the lines of “Your application is currently being reviewed by the committee.” Today it says “We have completed a preliminary review of your application. We sometimes request additional information (senior-year grades, for example), so be sure to watch the mail. You may submit senior year grades at <a href=“http://www.usc.edu/midyeargrades[/url]”>www.usc.edu/midyeargrades</a>, even if we did not specifically request them. We are continuing to review applications and expect to mail notification of a decision by April 1st.”

Hmm… I think they made a decision, but they might look at my first semester grades one more time (which were all A-'s and above; at my school an A-=4.00).

Mine is " we have received app. documents and are currently reviewing…" Does anybody have such a status?

I’ve been checking my stats for the last 2 weeks. It’s gone from being reviewed to “We have completed a preliminary review of your application.” I just sent my mid-year grades. At this point, I don’t know what the stats mean anymore. I kind of just want my letter.
