USC Students Looking for Roommate(s)--Large Bedroom with Private Bathroom

<p>We’re USC seniors looking for male or female roommate to fill the last room (with a private bathroom) in a 5 bedroom apartment less than a block from campus (Gate 6). The bedroom is large and well-lit; it would be a spacious single or a very comfortable double. Rent is $1200 for the room, if shared $695/person (as per Stuho’s rental agreement). </p>

<p>Grad students, international students, undergrads are all welcome to inquire. </p>

3 guys, 3 girls will be living in the other 4 rooms.
Utilities will be divided among roommates.
Room dimensions: 11 x 12’4" (212 sq. ft.) - a copy of the floor plan is available.
Unfurnished room.
Parking an additional $150
