USC transfers.

sex, try for cardinal gardens too. it’s pretty good. i havent heard much good about webb.

where’s the housing application at?

didn’t see it on my admit packet.

aright i changed one of my choices to cardinal gardens.

hobo, go housing.usc.edu and the 3rd link from the left says “application.” click on that. it didnt come in my admit packet either but i spoke to admissions and this woman said “even for spring apply right away.”

rgr that… i want cardinal gardens lol

hey I posted a little while back. Anyways, I didnt get into Marshall and I called them and they said I definitely could not get into the business school but they would let me into another program for the fall time, like a liberal arts, comm, ect. I just dont know if the other majors are worth the money for something I didnt plan on studying. Any ideas/thoughts for majors?!? thanks

you can transfer into marshall.

bwagy, did you appeal or did you just casually call them?

I did not formally appeal. I called them first a couple of times and left messages wanting to know why I didn’t get it and I let them know that I really wanted to go there, and then I got a call back yesterday morning and they said if I really wanted to go to USC I could, just not in business (I kind of took that as never, but idk). They mentioned Liberal Arts, ect. I’ve look over the course catalogue and I’m thinking maybe Policy Planning and Development or Econ?

Does anyone know how I would go about transferring into business after I’ve been there one semester and the likelihood of getting in?

shouldn’t be too hard. I’d assume you’d have to have a 3.0 or above at USC and just apply after one quarter, thats what im gonna do.

Have called and called. Decision mailed yesterday, but they will not tell me ANYTHING! I told them that I would be leaving the country on Friday, which I am, and would not be back for two weeks. The woman said " we do not disclose ANYTHING by phone"! Oh the humanity!

I figured that meant that she did not want to give me the bad news.

omg i remember those days with all the waiting and the guessing and stuff. it was so bad.

those days of waiting and guessing are still going on for ME. ugh i’m back from LA and STILL no decision. ugh.

wow, that sucks… i can’t believe usc is making you wait so long. Good luck and hang in there!

does anyone who was admitted for spring know who their academic advisor is and if so how do you find out?

called today, they gave me my decision over the phone. it was bad

ugh im so sorry william! so sorry to hear that :(

cooblue9100, i have no idea, thats what i’m trying to figure out! i was asking so many questions to my admissions counselor (she couldn’t answer them) and she said you’ll figure them out during orientation when you meet your academic counselor! i need to figure out wat classes i have to take before spring so i kinda need to know now.

william, that sucks man! i can’t believe they gave you a rejection over the phone :(

hobo, your best bet is to find out who your coundselor would be and email them. I kind of had a general idea of what to take, but the counselor gave me so much credit and told me so many things, i ended up taking something totally different.

William, I am sorry to hear about your decision.Im still waiting, how did you find out? What # did you call. They told me to wait, a decision has been made.

lexigirl, be sure to tell us how yours goes!
