USC transfers.

you’ve been accepted if you have a STARS report and transfer credit report on OASIS, right??

if so, i’m in!

hobo, are you sure? I applied like a month ago as an internal major applicant and I just found out that my application is on hold. I am pretty disappointed.

justdrop, they need your grades for this semester… im turning in my app. tommorrow.

How do you check your OASIS? Eek, I hope I get in! Applied as a sophomore transfer from University of Houston with a 4.0 after my first year and as an American Studies and History major. All GE classes done except one math class (Took cal 1 already).

https://camel2.usc.edu/OASIS/

nothing there for me - really hope they just havent posted all of them yet.

hobo, good luck on your app. How has your experience overall been at USC so far? Some of the programs that Marshall offers seem pretty cool and I hope I get accepted to participate in them.

Does any of you who can access on the OASIS website have password? How did you get that? Since I submitted the application, I’ve got any message from USC but the greeting. Only thing I know is just 10 digit numbers of USC id with waiting for the decision :/

use your birthday as the password (mmddyy)

i don’t think they’ve posted many decisions yet - i had to request an early one because of extenuating circumstances. a lot of people didn’t have anything on oasis til a week or so after they were accepted last year, but has anyone heard of someone that had a stars report not being admitted?

I don’t think Oasis means anything… I cannot see my credit evaluation, STARs report or anything. I mean it’d just be kinda weird if Marshall rejected someone that was accepted to NYU Stern and GT McDonough…but then again I could just be rejected? shrug

I’ve never been able to view my app status online, Ive always had to call and ive never ever been able to look at my oasis, the passwords and usc id that I would put in always came up as invalid so I guess all I can do is sit and wait for it to come in the mail.

ilikeoranges - confirmed today that oasis means something. accepted, neuroscience.

congrats socal :), i guess i was wrong

Congrats socal! Did you apply for sophomore or junior transfer?

what exactly is OASIS? sori for the dumb question

um, i think i know im not going to be admitted yet because i have a prereq in progress that they need the grade of before they can admit me. if i’m correct, they wont admit me before they see the grade, right?

ilikeoranges - you scared me soo much, but i’m sure you’re in at marshall.

akbaby21 - thanks! sophomore transfer.

zemookmook - maybe. last year they asked a couple of applicants for spring grades for english and sent them acceptance letters before hearing back… but that might not be until early june.

socal?: what were thier stats? and what do you think of an applicant who only has 3.46 and major in psychology? i thought USC psych is not that much popular…

Same here, I need some feedback as well, because I just can’t wait! Currently a freshman at University of Houston applying as a sohpomore transfer with 38 credits and a 4.0 GPA to an American Studies (1st choice) and History (2nd choice) major.

Hi, I’ve always just been a lurker on this thread but I wanted to give you more data on OASIS-- I got my acceptance packet today (vit.), but as of this afternoon I couldn’t see STARS/Transfer/Financial Aid on OASIS, so if you can’t see anything don’t worry!
