<p>But weren’t you required to send in a proof for your ability to pay full tuition when applying to USC?! How did you do that when you are actually dependent on financial aid?</p>
<p>yes, you have to send in proof in order for application to be considered. we cannot apply for aid in US but we still need financial help.</p>
