I am currently choosing between USC, at which I received the Trustee’s scholar award (which covers full tuition) and UCSB, at which I was granted automatic entrance to the Honors Program, as well as Regents Scholar ($6000/year). I am looking for some opinions on this decision, with special consideration to the fact that I am going in to the major of Environmental Studies at both schools, and UCSB has a better program for the major according to its reputation.
