<p>These are my rough guidelines so far.</p>
<p>As a Catholic University committed to building a more inclusive community, we value students with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Briefly explain how your unique background and interests will contribute to our community</p>
<p>As a thirteen-year-old I travelled across the globe to attend a snowboardcamp in Whistler, BC, Canada. I repeated this for the next three years. And the year after returning from my last session in Whistler, I went to spain to attend a language course over the next three weeks. </p>
<p>So why did I do this, every time all alone? The answer is simple.</p>
<p>my burning desire for acquiring new experiences and friends. </p>
<p>There I met people with different backgrounds from every corner of the world.
Even though I came from a place which is very different from the other attendees, I still got along great and made friends whom I am still in contact with till this day.</p>
<p>Similar to college campus, diverse backgrounds etc</p>
<p>I Left home alone with only clothes in my luggage and a few accessories, but returned with the knowledge how having acquired new friends and experiences.
And I am planning to do the same at USD</p>
