Use mother's maiden name???

<p>For the section in the common app where it asks you to list information about your parent under “Family,” should I fill out my mother’s last name with her maiden name or her married name?</p>

<p>2) i doubt admissions will be calling him personally, but just fill it in w/the right country+area codes. it’ll fit</p>

<p>To add to soulful’s answer, you should fill in your mom’s LEGAL name. That’d be the name that shows up on her driver’s license or passport. She may go by a different name, but they want her legal name.</p>
