used 2and a half pencil on SAT?!!!!!!!!!

I accidentally used 2 and half pencil on the SAT!! Will that disadvantage me in any way? And what about no so perfect circling? PLease tell me im worrying for nothing!

So you used a number 2.5 pencil instead of a number 2 pencil? This may be detrimental to your score. Once you receive your score, check to see if it’s in the range that you expected. If not, then you can have it hand scored for an additional fee.

aww dnt say that dude! some frendz said it duznt matter…!

You will probably be fine.

Does a #2.5 pencil even exist?

You’re doomed. You’ll receive an essay score of zero and you’ll probably be shunned by your family.

Does a #2.5 pencil even exist?

But it should be fine. The only thing you may need to worry about is your essay not being properly scanned. MC can be hand-scored, but CB won’t hand-score your essay if something goes wrong.

That being said, I think #2 and #2.5 (if it exists) are so close in darkness that you won’t have a problem.

I’m rather sure he is joking/■■■■■■■■.

They do exist: [Dixon Ticonderoga® Pencils, #2.5 Medium, 6 Dozen | Staples®](http://www.staples.com/Dixon-Ticonderoga-Pencils-2.5-Medium-6-Dozen/product_138206)
