<p>I know that this question isn’t exactly related to the SAT but I’m having some trouble.
My username, as you can see, is stuck on 1700.
The grade is really old and I don’t wanna have to keep telling people that it’s actually 1830; and that I’m bot stuck on that score.</p>

<p>anyway, is there a way I can change it or am I stuck with it forever. I looked everywhere on the CC but I can’t find anything to change it.</p>

<p>Am I doomed to be known as the looser who got 1700 on the SAT or can I be the looser who got 1830. Can I change it???</p>

<p>i doubt you can change your username…lol…most likely you cannot…but uhhh…just make a sig or someting i mean theres no big diff between being stuck on 1700 or being stuck on 1830 lol</p>

<p>I would register a new user but it took me so long to get 500+ post here and I don’t wanna throw that away.</p>

<p>The diff is big enough for me; 130 points.

<p>There is no different policy or anything, here (in Egypt mainly) they prefer to take it 10 times (and SAT II twice) and colleges don’t give a crap how many times you took it as long as you have the grades they want.</p>

here’s how it goes:
There are several high school diplomas available (egyptian, american, british, canadian…) as you can see, one of the diplomas available is the American High school diploma. The SAT is a requirement only for those who are attending classes for an American High school diploma. For every system there are different requirements.
The british requires at least 4 ALevel subjects to get into a decent school
The Egyptian certicifate (the hardest of them all required you to take evey possibler subject there is until your brain explodes which is why I’m studying for the American HS diploma.</p>
