USF Scholar's Program - is senior year included?

The University of San Francisco has a Scholar’s Program which requires you to have at least a 30 ACT and a cumulative gpa of 3.8 (weighted). I asked how the cumulative gpa was calculated and they said they “look at all three years of high school - freshman through junior - and look at the high school transcript.” Does this mean I have to have a cumulative gpa of 3.8 by the end of junior year or do they also factor in senior grades because of the high school transcript?
Thanks.

It is your GPA at the time of application (so - it will be your GPA through Junior year). Remember, to be eligible for the scholarship you must meet the criteria and submit your application and all supporting materials (test scores, recommendations, transcripts, etc) by November 15, 2010.

You will submit your high school transcript when you apply in November, so at that time it will only have your information through the end of Junior year.
