<p>I forget the name of the player, or the team (Brewers, maybe?), but I recently saw a Major League pitcher who the announcers said was Phi Betta Kappa in Economics from Duke. There are some smart baseball players out there!</p>
<p>Speaking of smart baseball players, how about Bernie Williams? (Yes, a Yankee.) His ADD was never diagnosed, and he still became an amazing classical guitarist.</p>
<p>Garland–have fun and go Mets! I searched all over Boston last summer and finally found the t-shirt my son had been hankering for: I (heart) NY but I still hate the Yankees. Funny thing, you can’t find it in New York (maybe at the Mets store?)</p>
<p>I read that the top graduating senior at Columbia’s engineering college was a star player on the soccer team for four years while earning above a 4.0 (Some Columbia profs give A+s) in Chemical Engineering. Sheesh…</p>
