Using AP English Language and Composition skills on the SAT essay

<p>I have taken the SAT twice already now and on the writing sections I have gotten 750 and 720. Both times I only missed two multiple choice questions, but my essay scores were 9 and 8. Any ideas you have of how I could integrate AP English Lang into SAT essay would be wonderful. </p>

<p>Trying to incorporate Lang skills (i.e. quality writing) into the SAT essay would burn too much time. Search the forum for AcademicHacker’s guide on How to Write a 12 Essay in 10 Days.</p>

<p>I agree. I wouldn’t try to use AP Lang skills in the SAT essay, but figure out a formula where you can churn out your thesis, mention your 2-3 examples and start supporting your thesis effectively. AcademicHacker’s guide is pretty effective.</p>
