<p>Just wow. I am at least reassured that it is still such a rare event that it is newsworthy and shocking. </p>
<p>I’m not a psychologist but I have to think this woman is a true sociopath (incapable of empathy, lacking any semblance of a conscience) and also sufficiently unhinged to actually act upon and openly with her feelings in this context.</p>
<p>“I wouldn’t talk to a dog the way she talks to her children.” says one neighbor.</p>

<p>I know that these people are few and far between, but wow. Just wow.</p>
<p>How sad and unfortunate that some people have no compassion. Hasn’t this family suffered enough? And will continue to suffer, with or without the apology of Petkov. What goes around, comes around. </p>
<p>I found it interesting what started the feud - a kid’s bounce house and a text message not responded to, fast enough. Having run a few dozen crazy parties for kids, I didn’t have time to sit down much less answer a text message.</p>
<p>Taunting a dying 7 year old . . . classy. Poor little girl. Agree with Starbright, the neighbor sounds like a sociopath.</p>

<p>Not sure which link led me to this, but this is a quote I got from one story I read on the web. Why is this guy still married to her? Not that I agree he should be punished for her actions (unless it has somehow impacted his work), but seriously, get away from her. She’s poison.</p>

<p>My family is originally from the city where these people live and we were very disappointed by this story. Knowing Trenton, I am sure the neighborhood is rallying around the little girl and her family. I would not be surprised if the Petkovs pick up and move, there will be nothing left for them here after this.</p>
<p>^^^^^^^Can’t remember which story I read this in, but supposedly the day after the interview in which his wife stated that she got “personal satisfaction” from “making fun of her (Rose’s) dead daughter,” Scott Petkov posted to his Facebook that his wife “looked really hot” in her TV interview.</p>
<p>He also stated in another interview that his wife’s “brutal honesty” has caused them problems before. </p>
<p>He sounds like a complete moron.</p>
<p>I could not get this story out of my head last night. The woman is a sociopath and a danger to others. Her husband is an idiot. Dangerous combo. I feel really sorry for their kids who are being raised in this toxic environment.</p>

<p>Two of Jennifer Petkov’s children have been removed from the home and sent to live with their father. </p>

<p>The father is probably thanking his lucky stars he’s no longer the one tied to this crazy, spiteful lady. So glad that two of the kids are out of that toxic environment.</p>
<p>I can’t tell you how happy I am that these children’s real dad is not the guy they’ve been living with and that their real dad was someone who had the balls to divorce their mother.</p>
<p>It is too bad that the real dad left the kids in the care of this monster… He might have a lot of damage to undo.</p>

<p>The horrible neighbor needs to stop, but the grandmother needs to deactivate her facebook. It is just time. I understand the neighbor is crazy, and a bully. And is clearly a horrible person. But the bullying now is only on FB, and the grandmother needs to stop allowing it to happen.</p>
<p>Just my humble opinion. I will stand behind the grandmother. A diagnosis of Huntington’s is just the worse thing EVER. But give up the Facebook account for now.</p>
