<p>Does anyone know anything about using financial aid (part of the loan) to buy books at Ohio State?</p>
<p>I’ve tried calling the number listed at the bottom of the statement of account page a few times today, but I haven’t been able to get anyone because I’ve either called before office hours or many other people were calling at the same time. I’ve also tried looking around the whole Ohio State site to see if I could find the answer, but I’ve had no luck.</p>
<p>Would it be okay if I paid for the books out of my own checking account now and then later replace the money spent with money from the loan? I don’t have a ton of money in my checking account and I really don’t want to go to school without at least a little bit of money to fall back on. (I do plan on getting a job, though.)</p>
<p>Or does someone know where I can find more information about using a part of the loan for books?</p>
