Stanford wants you to report all scores…well, Collegeboard now has the Score option to hide scores right?
So if you chose Collegeboard’s option, then Stanford will never know…
So…
we can send what we want to send no?

well, on the application you also agree to abide by stanford’s rules…as in, listen to there rules…as in, not disobey…so, you should do the right thing and send all scores. or else you don’t really belong at the school, do you?..just saying

Collegeboard just has score choice because kids were testing at ACT. But what did the colleges think? They dislike it! The colleges barely want to accept the ACT, and now this? Send all your scores in and stop trying to be too strategic. Play by the rules, their rules.

I think that when Stanford says they don’t abide by Score Choice, then it means they don’t. It only looks bad on your part when you don’t follow their rules, whether they know it or not. And you never know, they COULD know…wow that was poorly dictated sentence…

Anyways, according to CB:
"Students are encouraged to follow the score-reporting requirements of each college to which they apply, but their scores are not released for admission purposes without their specific consent. Colleges and universities will only receive the scores that students send them. "

Do what you will, but my advice is to follow the rules. Can’t lose that way.
