<p>I found a phone number for the post exchange (PX) it is 845-446-5404 or 845-446-5405. No BX’s on Army posts. ;)</p>
<p>My son called the West Point PX and they set aside his size in the quarter shoes and also boots. Very helpful. He went into Brooklyn for his boots but they didnt have his size - wasted trip.</p>
<p>Thank you for the replies. I have finally found the person I needed to talk to and she just had me send in my shoes and she exchanged them for me.</p>
