I scored a 244/99 on the USMLE, does anyone know how to convert this into percentile. I’m trying to figure out what if I will be a competitive residency candidate for a top program.

What is a “top program”
D. was advised to apply in Midwest because she would be considered “midwest” person, never lived / went to school on coasts. I believe that she will follow the advice. So, she will apply around our state (as far as I know as of now) without any regard to ranking (although, we have checked ranking in her specialty and have a list). Her goal is to match to ANY single program, please, pretty prease, we can only hope. She is not planning for any 'TOP PROGRAMS", never mentioned, so I do not understand what that means. The #1 ranked at the local Med. School did not match at all, pretty scary out there.
