Here is something to be seen… A Naval Academy Wedding… go to youtube.com and then do a search for NAVAL ACADEMY WEDDING. choose the first one that comes up. The most beautiful wedding video I have ever seen!

BY THE WAY, we are now at 14 days.

Lucky 13 days!

Where is Nurseypoo???

Here! In the back row, second from the left :D.

Been running my butt off! (I need to run the rest of it off :D). Today, the boy graduates and is presented his appointment from his BGO. Big stuff in the program (not sure why they waited till now; not our choice).

Boy left his gown WADDED-UP in the back of his car and brought it out last night. You can’t wash it, dry clean it, so I figured since it was such cheap polyester, I’d have it steamed, so I did. He also informed me LAST NIGHT he needed black pants for graduation. He has every color BUT. So, knew we would have to go shopping. He didn’t have black shoes, either. Had to pick up the cake, clean the van, and wait for him after his graduation practice to go and meet his grandparents at the mall. That was cut short, since he couldn’t find his appointment (under the dining room table). Crisis averted in addition to the grandparents (unfortunately).

Thus, we came home, had lunch, and he’s playing some shoot 'em up-bang bang game on the PS whatever. With only 13 more days, I don’t care. At least he’s not fighting with his brother :D, AND he won’t be able to do this for a long time.

Well, we missed you! I remembered the in-laws were coming in to town. Lucky you  Hugs and Kisses to you and yours on the big milestone tonight! We will talk to you soon. CAN YOU BELIEVE only 13 days!

Class of 2011 has 12 days until I-Day!

Sniff, gulp, whimper.

Sigh.:(

M2L-

How many fingers and toes do I need today?

Where are you?

The official program for USNA 2011’s I-Day is on www.usna.edu/PAO if you want to get an idea of how the day’s going to go. Print it out and take it with you so you can decided what you want to do on Wednesday. You’ll get a nicer copy on the day to put in the memory box!

Hey Hey Nursey! if its Sunday Morning then it must be 10 days!!

Big party weekend in the ATL. Georgia’s Plebe Picnic was yesterday! GORGEOUS GROUP of PLEBES! We had a great time.

That means either both feet or both hands, but not both or extras anymore. The pit of my stomach feels cold.

Ok. On the count of ten everyone scream:
AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

The only cure for HPD (Having a Plebe Disorder)

“HPD” … Love that term and am going to use it! Thanks for sharing it Jamz! :)

Nursey! Take deep breaths!

I am lucky compared to you guys…I have 14 days until he leaves. ;)

Is that a workman’s comp thing? Can I get reimbursed somehow for that?

HEY MOMS

9 days to go…

Bought $85 worth of the contents of the first two Care Packages yesterday… Blister pads, Foot powder, Protein Bars, Granola, Trail Mix, Drink Powder, White out for shoes, Bleach Stick, Shout Wipes, Tide Stick, Vitamins (Can they have vitamins?), Polish Cloth, Toothpaste, Soap. Also including in care pkgs… cough drops, stamped addressed envelopes, quarters, sunscreen, face soap, shamp/cond.

CAN ANYBODY THINK OF ANYTHING I AM MISSING and/or have I included anything that we do NOT need?? LET ME KNOW!

Also (as I posted on the other forum) Lola is taking wallet?? Paperwork, prescription, pills, calculator, toothbrush on I-Day and wearing running shoes, shorts, t-shirt and her glasses. And that is it… Unless someone can think of something else that is definitely needed? Am I missing something?

LISTS … LISTS… We have LOTS OF LISTS!

CAN’T SLEEP AT NIGHT :frowning: Are you guys?

Wait on the vitamins. Lola’s going to have to find out what her company’s position is on that (and over-the-counter meds). The Academy doesn’t want the plebes self-medicating because Brigade Medical needs to know when a plebe is ill or injured.

Spray-on sunscreen is a must…
