<p>Apparently there is a $5,000 scholarship associated with this award, so this would seem to be an appropriate forum for the discussion.</p>

<p>Today I got the letter informing me I’m one of the delegates from South Dakota. It was actually underneath the envelope with my state legislative page paperwork in it, so it completely blindsided me. </p>
<p>Does anyone know if Michigan’s chosen?</p>
