UT at Austin transfer guide and UVA clep exams

Hi:
In this fall I will be a freshman in a community college in VA and after my get my AAS I am going to study International business. I already chose my favorite colleges that I want to go after my two years in NOVA. My top choices are:
University of Virginia.
University of Texas at Austin.
George Washington University.
I am still trying to find more colleges just in case that I can’t get accepted. Before I take my clep test; I need to know if UVA would accept my credits of my clep test if they are in my transcript as a transfer student . Does anybody know that?
Also I have another question about UT at Austin. As I mentioned before, I will be studying in a community college in VA, and I was wondering if UT provides a transfer guide for students that are not studying in a community college in Texas, but they are enrolled in a community college in USA. I am not sure what credits are required to transfer and which credits they need in my transcript in order to be accepted. I want to take all the credits that they require. Before I forget, Does McCombs UT accept transfer students from other states that are in a community college?
Thank you.
