Hey guys! Been following this thread for a while now. Crossing my fingers for everyone!!!
I had a friend that went to UT recently with my community college as a campus trip and she asked when they should hear back from admissions and they said April 20th. Not sure if it’s true but thats what they said.
Im currently waiting to hear back from COLA
First choice major: Psychology (BA)
Second choice major: Anthropology
3.9 GPA / 2 Rec letters from Professors / 2 Essays (One good, Second okay)
Extensive Resume, lots of volunteer hours and In/out of school activities
In Phi Theta Kappa and NSCS and have been on the President’s List 3 times
Have 2 W’s on my transcript cause math is my weakness, but took Math for Liberal Arts last semester and got an A.
I feel like my chances are pretty good but you honestly never know
whelp hopefully tomorrow some of us will know and this battle will come to an end

Glad I am the only person trying for History. Maybe it’s not too competitive and I have a fighting chance… Ready to know, one way or another…
somebody should call admissions and ask them lol, I had all ready called way too many times last week
@TexasHistory I appplied for history as my second choice (history to my knowledge isn’t as competitive as other majors).
I keep refreshing my status gaaaaaaaah hope everyone gets in today lol
