UT Austin- How important are letters of rec/resume?

<p>Not so much resumes, as they are not specifically requested. Extracurriculars are only slightly important for transfers. The letters of recommendation are huge and will allow college professors to talk about your ability to perform in a college environment.</p>

<p>Good to know, planning to attach both… Is it sufficient to send 3 letters of rec?</p>

<p>That’s more than enough. Make sure they are all special and unique before sending additional ones, however.</p>
