UT Austin! Please help!

Hello,

I am a sophomore from Greece. I am not an IB nor a permanent resident of the US. My 9th grade GPA is 3.98 and my first semester 10th grade GPA is 3.92. I will give the TOEFL in July and the ACT around Christmas (or whenever I find a good exam date). Unfortunately my extracurriculars suck, because here in Greece people are way too idle and there aren’t any notable ones.

ECs:

  1. School Trip to Munich, Germany for educational purposes.
  2. Trip to Switzerland (Geneva, CERN, Bern) for research and scientific purposes.
  3. Passed to the second stage of a hard math contest (SAT difficulty x10). 200 students out of +-1000 passed.
  4. I have been studying Finance, all by myself. Stock market, Keynesian Economics etc.
  5. I know a little bit of Python, will work on that this summer.

Incase I do not qualify for UT Austin, what are my chances of getting admitted to University of Utah?
