So I want to transfer to ut but the admissions office is relentlessly and unforgivably unhelpful… Basically I’m from Texas, I got into biomed engineering last year, and I decided to go off to middlebury college instead. Now I’m thinking I made the wrong choice, and so I’m taking steps to transfer into mccombs as a finance major. I’m a little worried that the admissions staffs ignorance may hurt me if they don’t know that midd is a prestigious school (better than ut frankly). I don’t really have a gpa
yet, but it should be in the mid 3s.

So that being said, do you really think I stand a chance of being denied? It would seem absurd that if I do well at a better school, they would turn me down. That being said, I’m almost completely in the dark as far as the transfer process is concerned.

What don’t you like about Midd? You’ve only been there for three months. Maybe give it a year and then make a decision?
