<p>An earlier proposal to add new fees for 3rd and 4th year students was withdrawn.</p>
<p>For those people receiving AccessUVa funds, the aid is to supposed to increase with increased tuition each year.</p>
<p>The financial plan assumes around 3% tuition increases per year for the next few years for in-state. I don’t know about out of state.</p>
