Reflection
Strengths: Commitment/dedication - the activities (jobs/volunteer) I did, though perhaps not many in comparisons to other applicants, were ones I had participated in for many years. My attachment and love for them were well-expressed in essays.
Weaknesses: No sports, some leadership but not a lot
