I applied to Tulane and UNC Chapel Hill and got into both so I may attend one of those or stay at my current schoolā¦ but Iām with @novarunner97 UVA is hands down my top lol, so Iāll be right there with ya, we can pretend together until they let us in!! fake it til ya make it
@gohoooosss sounds like the move, I already bought a tent, but hopefully they let us in so I can return it and have a dorm instead
I applied to ND and cornell but if I donāt get in to UVA I dont stand a chance in either so Iām staying at my school
My second is prob William and mary, just they are So DAMN EXPENSIVE for an out of state student, plus my family lives in new york so I know I am gonna be a poor college student for a lonnnng time
My second choice is Wake Forest, and my third would be staying here at GW (hopefully not)
@yeezytaughtme1 whatās wrong with GW ? I am pretty interested in going if I get a decent aid package
@Dre51298 just that other than the location, I think that everything else is overrated and that the student experience is rough for lots of people due to no dining halls or sense of community (things that come with city schools) ā¦ doesnāt help that its also among the most expensive

@Dre51298 very hard to do without actually going, but think hard about how to get yourself involved and realize that if you donāt the lack of morale will drive you crazy, Iām trying to go to uva because i came from a high school that people were proud to go to, and did not find that pride at GW. Iām more than happy to give you advice on how to navigate GW if you message me privately, but I donāt want to take up the entire threadās attention over this.
I was going to apply to George Mason in Virginia, but sorta slipped my mind so everything is riding on UVA to say yes :ā)
