I need to leave a lease behind the corner for 2019-2020. Less than a ten minute walk to school, in a really good location. 5 min walk from the corner, which has all the food and bars.
Your roommates would be two 3rd year UVA students, and a student who is at PVCC (local community college) who wants to transfer to UVA next year.
I signed the lease before I got in, and I realized I want to live in student housing.

-I applied last year and got rejected but tried again this year
-I wouldnāt say my essays were excellent, but they were WAY more personable than last years

Out-of-State Accepted to CAS with 4.0 College GPA and but extremely low high school gpa (sub 2.0 my senior year) This is my first admittance and Iām lost for words. Iāve spent weeks reading different posts about people that got into colleges that denied me. For those who didnāt get in, please donāt lose hope. I almost did, and I feel so stupid for that because you never know. For those who did get in, #gocavaliers
