I am an Indian girl (10th grader) living in a competitive area in NOVA (Northern VA). I have above average grades (4.080 W), have danced ballet for over 8-9 years, been active in Key and South Asian Clubs in school, and volunteer a lot. Generally, do you think my acceptance to UVA is likely or not? I’ve heard some amazing candidates being turned away from UVA, which is why I’m scared I won’t get in. Additionally, my area in VA is uber competitive, so I’mm also worried that there will be other people beating me out for spots. Any input/advice on getting in in-state or getting in in general is appreciated. Thanks!
It’s hard to say anything without test scores.
That said - enjoy your life right now. It’s an awesome time to explore interests and find things you love! College will come later.
