This year there were about 25,000 in the early pool and they made 6550 offers. 26% acceptance rate.
The regular pool had about 15,000 plus about 7000 deferrals (probably some said no to deferral, so let’s say 5000), which is about 20,000. They made about 3150 offers. 16% acceptance rate (but we aren’t certain of total applicants in this pool due to deferrals declining.)
I had guessed they would make 3100 more offers for regular, so I suppose I am a good guesser. 
There were fewer spots left for regular decision because so many were taken during early action.
