<p>We call. If we can’t get anyone on the phone, we’ll email, but we try to actually talk to students to make the offer verbally. Officially, the offer is made through SIS, but we realize that we need to give people a heads up to go look at it. :)</p>
<p>There aren’t official “rounds”. That’s just a term I was using because we have to make offers, then sit and wait for the students to reply. Obviously, we hope that people who aren’t interested will take themselves off the waitlist via the SIS, but there are some still on there who are going to turn us down. Then we can make more offers to another group of students. </p>
<p>It sort of works like a ferris wheel. There’s stopping and starting, people getting off and people getting on. There will be a point where all the cars are filled and then we’ll be done.</p>
