<p>I don’t think Berkeley’s going to move any time in the near future.</p>
<p>But who cares? It’s already number 2, and that’s pretty damn good.</p>
<p>Only potentially at the undergrad level. Overall it lacks the depth of the other top publics in research and grad school.</p>
<p>It may in terms of undergrad only. Overall (in terms of faculty quality and academic programs), there are quite a few publics much stronger that I can’t see UVA surpassing.</p>
