<p>Anybody thinking of making the switch or happily have it already? We have Comcast but ATT Uverse has a package that’s very tempting. We could save thousands, apparently. Can’t tell if they have the same channels. Want to make sure I’m not missing out on any if we do decide to change.</p>
<p>I switched from Comcast to U-Verse almost 2 years ago and have been very happy. I have the phone/internet/TV package. Comcast would probably be a bit cheaper if I switched (at least temporarily) but I hate their customer service and refuse to ever deal with them again!</p>
<p>I just switched to u-verse, mostly because of the remote converter that I can move where I need it. I am very pleased so far. I was particularly impressed with the time put in and the skill demonstrated by the installer. The level of customer service is soooo much better than Comcast. I had some hardware problems the first night (turned out a cable was defective), which customer service diagnosed by computer while I was on the phone. A repairman set all right at my convenience the very next day.</p>
<p>I had never had a DVR before and it is wonderful!</p>
