UW Bothell Degree

If I graduate from the University of Washington Bothell will my degree say University of Washington Bothell or University of Washington?

University of Washington Seattle and University of Washington Bothell are separate institutions… It’s actually easier to transfer to UW Seattle from in-state community colleges than from UW Bothell. UWS and UWB are affiliated the same way different colleges within the UC system are. Based on this, I’d say its more likely your diploma would say UW Bothell.

I thought that UW Bothell and UW Seattle were the same institution but different campuses.

This is straight off the website:

What does the UW Bothell diploma say?
When you graduate from the University of Washington Bothell, the top of the diploma says “The University of Washington”. Because a diploma is a legal document it does say “Given at Bothell” and is also signed by our Chancellor.

How big is this ‘given at Bothell’ writing going to be and will that hurt my chances? Is a University of Washington Bothell degree worth as much as a degree from the university of college?

If you ever masquerade a UW-Bothell degree as UW-Seattle, you’re being incredibly dishonest. If you simply put University of Washington on your resume, that is a lie of omission. And you can’t lie if you plan on graduate school, since the school codes are different.

No, a degree there won’t be worth much.

I don’t know if they changed it but that link now says:
