I just received my report card, which is not up to my level (As and Bs). As a result, my unweighted GPA will be lower than my sophomore year (GPA 4.0) but still an A average. My weighted GPA would increase because I am taking many hard courses. But, I am wondering which GPA the colleges look at more?

They really dont look at either. Mainly, I’ve heard that they only look at your actual grades (letters or numbers) and the toughness of your schedule. The only time I hear gpa comes in is for ur ranking to see how u compare with ur classes. GPAs can’t be trusted anywhere cuz there are so many different scales.
