I’m a Computer Science Undergrad studying in India.I’m going in for my Semester Abroad Program to either of these two universities.After a lot of research online, I chose UW Madison as my first preference.Correct me if I’m wrong, what I gathered online is that UW Madison has a better and stronger CS Dept. .There is a difference of $12000 between the two, UC Davis being cheaper.Could you guys give me more insights on both of the Universities and also what you guys think.The total cost of one semester (Fall 2018) would be around $29000 for UW Wisconsin and $17000 for UC Davis
