UW Madison Vs Mcgill

I recently go accepted in both in engineering. Which one is better in terms of job opportunities after graduation and overall studies.

What engineering field are you talking about? Where do you want to live and work after you graduate?
What are your net costs to attend each school?

If neither cost nor location is an issue for you, but you have a specific engineering specialty in mind, you can do some digging into the course/major offerings. I’m not aware of any undergraduate engineering rankings/assessments that would help compare the two. The USNWR undergraduate engineering rankings, for example, apparently only include US schools. For undergraduate engineering programs at schools where a PhD is the highest degree, USNWR ranks Wisconsin #14 overall. In biomedical engineering, USWR ranks Wisconsin #17. In civil engineering, it ranks Wisconsin #12. In chemical engineering, it ranks Wisconsin #6. Etc.

You may be advised to seek out an ABET-accredited engineering program (http://main.abet.org/aps/Accreditedprogramsearch.aspx).

Wisconsin seems to have more accredited engineering programs than McGill does:
