No, UWashington basically only accepts students from WWAMI states for their MD program. OOS UWash undergrads will not get any special admission consideration. (MD/PhD applicants and select highly competitive OOS applicants–typically UiM applicants or those with strong Washington state ties-- are the only exceptions.)
If the OP is an international–UWashington SOM does not accept international students.
