<p>On your college app when you had to report grades did the colleges you send your apps to(mainly Duke) care much about UW GPA? My uw will be 3.75 but my weighted gpa is well beyond that around 4.3-4.4 ish. My point is how much do universities like Duke care about your uw gpa compared to weighted if you took the hardest courses at your school.</p>
<p>From what I understand, colleges look at UW GPA the most. Weighted GPA is quickly becoming the most meaningless number in the college admissions system because every school weights classes differently. I just chanced a guy whose weighted GPA was a 6.9. Colleges look at UW GPA then rigor of schedule when looking at grades.</p>
