Hello,
I most certainly know it is really early to be worrying about this already, but I really am triggered to get to go to UWC… It has been my dream for over three years and the fire in me keeps on growing and growing taller.
My name is Marina Meredith, I am Spanish and British and I go to a French school. I learned about UWC when I was in quatrième (sorry, I don’t know the equivalent in the English system) thanks to some friends of mom’s and at her work (what’s funny is that we keep on noticing that we are surrounded of ex-students, which is rather funny).
My grades vary between sixteen and nineteen out of twenty (my global average -that’s how we call it in our school- is around seventeen and a half out of twenty). I love any culture in general, though especially Indian and Chinese.
My hobbies are tennis, kung fu (wu shu), drawing, cycling, Chinese classes, singing and debates (and creating projects) about sustainable environment. I love any kind of sports, like swimming, climbing… Anything that demands energy and competition, really.
I speak French, English, Spanish, Catalan and I am learning Chinese and Esperanto.
Social help, here, in Barcelona, there isn’t much I’m afraid, especially not for someone who’s fifteen… But I’m planning on helping
Which UWC?
I would really like to go either to Changshu, Atlantic or Adriatic.
