@Jonsmom14 S did not receive an OOS waiver at Texas A&M. Since TAMU is charging OOS students $55,000 next year (a $7000 increase from last year), it made it much easier for S to select UCF (which with his scholarship will cost about $27,000 next year). I heard that TAMU waivers were given to only a tiny number (around 3%) of OOS students.
