Virginia lawmakers are pushing some major initiatives re sexual assault (and misconduct). One of the bills is being called the “Jesse Matthew Bill” and would note on an expelled student’s transcript why they were kicked out of a school. Despite concerns over “due process” the bills appear headed to acceptance by the General Assembly and the Gov.
