<p>Anyone apply to Vagelos early decision? Who do you think they are looking for?</p>
<p>To be honest, I think the whole point is that nobody knows what theyre looking for. Obviously someone who has a keen interest in both science and marketing, but really it’s almost like a lottery. There are a lot of qualified people but I mean to get into a program as hard as Vagelos you might need luck as well :S</p>

<p>I applied to Vagelos ED.
It may seem pretty obvious, but they are looking for students who are really interested in both management and life science.
I would say previous research experience (life science) and high math scores on SAT/ACT (wharton) are most important as well as the Vagelos essay.</p>
<p>ivycanuck is probably right, luck is a big factor because they have 200+ qualified applicants and can only accept ~25.</p>
