I’ve got a guy who’s got some extra laptops lying around. Seeing as how I need one for college, he let me take em home and test drive:

Vaio: [Amazon.com: Sony VAIO VGN-N270E/T 15.4" Laptop (Intel Core Duo Processor T2350, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, DVD¿RW Drive, Vista Premium) Wenge Brown: Computers & PC Hardware](http://www.amazon.com/Sony-VGN-N270E-Laptop-Processor-Premium/dp/B000ME2610)

Andd… the IBM Thinkpad t43p (2. something gigs, ATI vid card, 75 gigs hard drive)

The thing is, he was experimenting on the Thinkpad with this matte spray on rubber coating, so the outside of it is covered in red rubber that leaves super sticky adhesive behind if pulled off. Not a big deal, but aesthetics (as well as function) are both important to me, and the thinkpad is hideous, lol

Opinions?
